2026 Fall Workshop and December Classes
Greg Woodson and Jonathan Stow are coming to Seattle to teach Nov. 21 - 22, 2026. Together, they bring over 60 years of teaching experience as well as deep passion and curiosity about tai chi. The focus will be on experiencing a greater degree of relaxation, enjoyment, and clarity in our tai chi form and extending that into everyday life.
The workshop with Greg and Jonathan will be followed by a four week Holiday Break Class in which we will work with what we have learned while it is fresh in mind. (If you can’t make the workshop, you are still welcome to register separately and come to the Holiday Break Class.)
Prerequisite: Beginning Form, 1st Third
