2025 Winter Workshop
This December, join us for a special tai chi workshop with Greg Woodson and Jonathan Stow!
Together, they bring over 70 years of teaching experience and a deep love of tai chi. Their teaching invites us to discover more relaxation, enjoyment, and clarity in our form and to bring that same ease into everyday life.
We’re also offering a 4-week Holiday Break Class on Saturday mornings - two sessions before the workshop and two after. Classes, led by David Goodell and other Seattle teachers, will include practice rounds, qigong instruction, and a deeper exploration of relaxation, freedom of movement, and balance than in our weekly classes. It’s also a chance to ask questions, catch up with your Tai Chi friends, and enjoy getting to know some of the students in other Tai Chi classes we offer.
Can’t make the workshop? You’re still warmly welcome to join the Holiday Break Class on its own!
