CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE
Due to Covid-19, all in person classes are canceled.
We plan to resume classes when it is safe to do so.
If you have taken classes with us before, we have free online video that reviews each third of the Tai Chi form. Email us for the links.
Anyone can join us for quiet morning practice at 7:30am each day on Zoom. These sessions are not instructional, just an opportunity to practice 'with' others.
Email us for information.
You can find free online tai chi and qigong videos here.
The Tai Chi Foundation, of which we are a part, has a list of free online classes being offered in the US and Europe.
