We’re delighted to host Margaret Olmsted, one of the Tai Chi Foundation’s most experienced teachers, for a special workshop in Seattle April 10–12, 2026. 

 

This is a wonderful opportunity to study with a deeply experienced teacher, strengthen your practice, and enjoy time learning together in a warm and supportive environment. Margaret brings decades of teaching experience, clarity, and insight, and we are excited to welcome her back to Seattle.

The workshop will focus on deepening the qualities of awareness, balance and relaxation, which make Tai Chi so enjoyable and beneficial.​ We hope you’ll join us!

 

​Prerequisite: Beginning Form 1

Location: The Whim W’him Contemporary Dance Center, 1716 2nd Avenue N, Seattle on Queen Anne.
