2026 Advanced Fall Workshop and December Classes
Greg Woodson and Jonathan Stow are coming to Seattle to teach Nov. 18 - 22, 2026. The newer apprentices just learning the Sword Form will have an opportunity to learn the next section. Those who've been at it awhile will be able to refine their embodiment of the Sword form and the principles it highlights. I expect there will also be some fencing. As always, the focus will be on experiencing a greater degree of relaxation, enjoyment, and clarity in our tai chi and extending that into everyday life.
The workshop with Greg and Jonathan will be followed by four week Holiday Break Class in which we will work with what we have learned while it is fresh in mind.

Holiday Break Class with David Goodell at Queen Anne Community Center, Room 1, 1901 1st Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119:
4 Saturdays: Nov 28, Dec 5, 12, & 19 9:00 - 11:00 am.
Cost: no charge for apprentices, including those taking an apprenticeship.
If you cannot make it to all of the sessions, it is fine to register and attend whatever works for you.
