What's next after taking Beginning Form, 1st Third?

There are a few options for moving forward depending on your confidence with the material and what classes are being offered in the next session. You can:
• Repeat Beginning Form, 1st Third to become more comfortable with the order of the moves.
• Take Integration 1 where we review and refine the form and then focus on embodying the principles of balance and relaxation.
• Learn the next section of the form in Beginning Form, 2nd Third.

You can take any of the above classes concurrently. Many students repeat the Beginning level classes multiple times while also progressing in the curriculum. You will pick up new details and nuances each time you repeat a class.
Started the class, but not able to finish?
Repeating Beginning Form, 1st Third would be great for you.
Interested in taking multiple classes?
We cap tuition at $350 per session no matter how many classes you take. Use the "Multiple Classes" option at registration.
